Junior Nzita Nsuami is a survivor who has turned his personal experiences into a powerful force for change. Despite being forced to join an armed group as a child, Junior never lost sight of his humanity and his desire to create a better world. After escaping from the armed group, Junior dedicated his life to helping other children affected by conflict. He founded Peace for Childhood, channeling his own experiences to empower and protect vulnerable children.
Junior’s leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment to justice have made him a global advocate for child protection. His story is a testament to the human spirit, a reminder that even in the face of unimaginable adversity, it is possible to rise above and create a positive impact on the world. Under Kai’s leadership, Peace for Childhood has made significant strides in its mission to provide holistic support to children affected by conflict. He is a visionary who is driven by an unwavering belief in the power of education to transform the lives of children affected by conflict.
Sorana (nickname) witnessed the struggles and resilience of Iranian children. In recent years, there have been several protests and demonstrations across the country, which have sometimes turned violent. These protests have often resulted in injuries and deaths of children. Driven by passion for Iran’s children and belief in education, she is dedicated to breaking the cycle of violence and poverty, empowering them to thrive and achieve their full potential.
Junior is a survivor of child soldiering who turned his personal experiences into a powerful force for change. Born in Congo, Junior joined an armed group at 12, facing unspeakable violence. Despite all, he never lost hope for a better future. He is the co-founder and driving force behind the Peace for Childhood initiative, driven by an unwavering commitment to ensuring no child endures the same fate he did.
